Coached training, with other people.
Up to four people, one coach, and each of you on your own program. Training with other people is something Josh has always pushed — for the support, and because you turn up when someone is expecting you.

Who it suits.
It suits people who would rather not train alone, and people who work harder with others in the room.
It isn’t a class you follow from the back row: the coach is moving between you the whole session, and the program you’re on is yours.
What a session looks like.
Groups are up to four people with one coach. Everyone in the group runs their own program, with the coach moving between you. Conditioning is the exception — if it’s a HIIT session, you’re working through it together.
Sessions run at Revo Fitness, and you’ll need your own Revo membership to train there.

How it works.
- Have a chat. We’ll talk through what you’re after and whether group is the right fit.
- Pick a group. You choose from the sessions available. If we think a particular group would suit your experience, we’ll say.
- Turn up.Same time each week, so it becomes a habit. It also costs less than one-to-one.
What’s included.
- Your own program, run alongside others.
- A coach in the room for the whole session.
- A set weekly time.
Sound like a fit?
Tell us what you’re working towards. We’ll tell you whether group is the right one — even if the answer is one of the others.
