Personal Training

One-to-one training, in person.

The fit

Who it suits.

PT suits you if you want someone in your corner while you train. Some people come because they’re not confident in a gym yet and don’t want to guess. Some have trained for years and want a second set of eyes on technique. Some are coming back from an injury and want to be sure they aren’t making it worse.

Every program starts from where you are today.

In the room

What a session looks like.

Sessions are 45 minutes at Revo Fitness in Claremont or Scarborough, Monday to Saturday, by appointment. Everything you do is recorded in the app — the sets, the weights, the testing — so you and your coach can see what’s changing over time.

You’ll need your own Revo membership to train there; one membership covers every Revo gym.
